1. General Terms and Conditions of Business of AZ Direct GmbH for deliveries and performance relating to addresses and data

The services listed below are performed exclusively according to these general terms and conditions of business. This involves the following services in particular:

• Supplying addresses: Supply of addresses generated by AZ Direct as part of licensing agreements (e.g., AZ household file),
• Adding data to addresses: AZ Direct data (own research and/or licensed data) is added to addresses provided by the customer and provided again to the customer,
• Supplying data: Supply of a data file generated by AZ Direct (own research and/or licensed data) to AZ Direct customers for their use, as described in greater detail in the offer/these general terms and conditions of business,
• Analyzing data: Analysis by AZ Direct of data provided by the customer using statistical and mathematical methods.

2. General Terms and Conditions of Business of AZ Direct GmbH for list broking

The services listed below are performed exclusively according to these general terms and conditions of business. This involves the following services in particular:

• AZ Direct acts as an agent and either directly brokers address rentals between the owner of the addresses (lessor) and the user of the addresses (lessee) or indirectly brokers address rentals using an interim further agent between the owner of the addresses (lessor) and the user of the addresses (lessee).

3. General Terms and Conditions of Business of AZ Direct GmbH for deliveries and performance for order data processing, the production and processing of advertising material

The services listed below are performed exclusively according to these general terms and conditions of business. This involves the following services/performance in particular:

• Order data processing: Processing addresses/data provided by the principal for the purpose of standardization, correction, comparison, elimination, qualification, selection and the creation of files,
• Production of advertising materials: printing and further processing (e.g., stapling, stamping, gluing, binding),
• Processing advertising materials: lettering and lettershop.

4. General Terms and Conditions of Business of AZ Direct GmbH for Consulting and Agency Services

The services listed below are performed exclusively according to these general terms and conditions of business. This involves the following services in particular:

• AZ Direct will provide consulting services to plan and conduct marketing activities.
• AZ Direct will provide agency services as part of its creative services; these include, above all, developing ideas and concepts for direct advertising. AZ Direct will design the respective activity both with regards to graphics and text.

5. General Terms and Conditions of AZ Direct GmbH for Online Services

The services listed below shall be provided solely on the basis of these GTC. The following services are included:

• AZ Direct offers various services for carrying out all the different forms of direct marketing.
• These services include, among others, email marketing, bulk emails, banner advertising, address generation, lead generation, concept & strategy consultation, online design, email append, telemarketing, etc.
